[Evolution] Bonobo

Guys,
    When I run after I install Bonobo with oaf set to no and I go to run
./configure on the gtkhtml it checks for Bonobo 0.15 and still can  not
find it. What do I need to do in order to get both Evolution and GTKHTML
to see that Bonobo is installed.
