I'd been under the impression that TNEF was an entirely
secret/proprietary format,
TNEF = Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format, which'll be good to support,
but as I understand it, it's just a wrapper. For RTF docs, you'll perhaps
want to start with a CPAN converter module [1] or the MS reference docs it
was based upon[2].
