[Evolution] Users on Evolution

I just joined the group, sorry if this has already been posted
Since my last upgrade I haven't been able to use Evolution as a user, I
get the message:
Cannot initialize the Evolution Shell
Using Evolution as 'root' works ok.
(System= RH7, Kernel 2.17)
Any help appreciated.
