[Evolution] keymap

Hi all,

I tried a non-default keymap (Czech, in my case) with the recent CVS
build. As opposed to the
0.6 preview version, the accented letters are now displayed correctly in
the compose window,
but I can't move the cursor using the keyboard and even Enter and
Backspace don't work. After
switching back to the default keymap, everything works again.
