keep focus on the etable
* n and p move to next and previous unread
* up and down arrows move to next and previous
* space scrolls the message window by a page
* delete key deletes and moves to the next message
There obviously needs to be some cleanup of the various bindings but
those commands should make it possible to avoid the mouse while reading
fairly easily.
