I think a better term needs to be used instead of "filtering rule". The
dialog for "Filter" says "Filtering Rule" and the dialog for "vFolder"
says "Create Filtering Rule" and the documentation also refer to vFolder
rules as "filtering rule". You can see how this can get confusing rather
quickly.
