Pilot synchronization support is in progress.

The calendar can currently read vCalendar files such as Gnomecal's;
just drop it in ~/evolution/local/Calendar/calendar.vcf.  We will
shortly switch to iCalendar and provide vCalendar importing as an
utility command.
