[Evolution] smtp/imap/pop

Hey guys, I'm about to get the latest cvs of evolution and see what I can do
to help out

dunno how much I'll get done since time is getting tight with finals coming
up, but it sounds like some of the mail protocols haven't been finished up
yet, so I may take a crack at those (cut/copy/paste from my spruce source)

Any info on which protocols need the most help?
