I would say none of them do really exist. Maybe there are workarounds "how
to achieve X"
- btw. and to be more concrete: I couldn't find anything useful about the "unified inbox" thingy in 
Evolution's help :(
So for me "How to achieve X?" should be related to real features. And not about possible "workarounds" (-> 
see Milan's part about the "send later" feature).
