[Evolution-hackers] Planning for 3.10

I started a planning page on the wiki for Evolution 3.10.

Feel free to pile on.

The feature list is not binding.  It's just to track what we'll have
cooking on the stove during the next development cycle.  If a feature
slips, it slips.  Sometimes that's the prudent thing to do.

Case in point:

My main focus now and going into 3.9 is finishing the WebKit composer.
It missed 3.8, unfortunately.  Still too many unresolved regressions.
