[Evolution-hackers] Building from CVS

Trying to get Evolution built from CVS sources.  I found the document on
the development section on this topic but its not up to date and I'm
getting dependency issues with edataserver which is in the dataserver
directory and does appear to get built.  Are there more recent
instructions some where (perhaps in the source tree and I haven't found
them?)  I'm doing this on FC6 fwiw.
