Right, thanks. I've subscribed to the Inbox after reading your reply. As
I did that, it appeared in the tree, sort of, but the Inbox folder icon
was plain and the "Loading..." placeholder was still there. Disabled the
account and enabled it back, now it's got Spam and Trash as well,
complete with appropriate icons, everything looks OK. So it works after
all, but not without wrinkles.
