More updates in the scripts and the document has, on request of Rodrigo
Moya and more or less also Jeff Waugh, been copied to 

    http://live.gnome.org/BuildEvolutionFromSource

I hope it's a more convenient location. And I hope Jeff Waugh is going
to do something about that ugly stylesheet thats being used on
live.gnome.org :-)!
