[Evolution-hackers] set password / encrpytion method in .gnome2_private/Evolution

Hi,

I´m just trying to setup a script which sets the evolution passwort for
the access to an exchange server (which is located in the file
.gnome2_private/Evolution) during the login process. Users are
authenticating against an active directory.

In this file the passwort is encyrpted. Where can I find information about
what method is used to encrypt the passwort?

On my testsystem the file looks like:

[Passwords-Exchange]
exchange:__xyz dc acme inc=c3lzdGVt
