[Evolution-hackers] Indication of encrypted and/or verified signature

Right now the encrypted icon and signature icons are at the bottom of an
email.  Can those be moved to the top, most likely in the section of the
window that shows the headers?  Or, can the color of the headers section
change to indicate a "secure" email, similar to how galeon and firefox
change the color of the URL component for SSL connections?

Scrolling to the bottom of every email to see if it is encrypted or
signed is not practical.
