Right, so if one would add a totally new server type to evolution you
would need to add it to eds and use eplugins to handle the front end
stuff?
Depends on what the server type is/what it does.

If it is email, then it would go into camel.  If it was addressbook or calendar data, it would go into eds.  If it was something else it would be a new shell component (i.e. neither of above).
