[Evolution-hackers] Do we need camel/camel-i18n.h?

Currently, Camel uses Evo's gettext domain if
CAMEL_EXPLICIT_TRANSLATION_DOMAIN isn't defined (see camel/camel-i18n.
h). Therefore we could simply include gi18n.h instead of having custom
defines.
Does this variable make sense at all?
