We don't have to send the patch I don't think, just the bug number to
make sure the problem is severe enough to warrant a fix, no one else
really has a team like we do with patch review already and its a
safeguard.  With all bugs listed as 2.0.0 now, they should be severe
enough to be take that should be the case.
