Ok, thanks for clarification.
Seems I have to apologize. I was a little unsure about the "agreement"
and overreacted...

Fine. :) Now, what about left/right as well as page up/down and
pos1/end keys? They are pretty useful too, and it would not feel
inconsistent.
However, now that I have calmed down: Do you think, the describes order
of focus is right? It feels pretty strange to me. I think, some of the
focus order should be though over again.
But I agree with you (and the a11y hackers in particular) that there
should be a lot more shortcuts and better keyboard navigation.
