This reminds me of a very related topic: There have been at least 2
requests (discussions) about not opening a new Evolution when clicking a
launcher a *second* time, but to raise the existing main window.

Maybe another command-line option will be necessary, but I don't think
this should be very hard with the underlying Evolution shell, is it?
