Call it 'program' then. If Joe Random user doesn't know what a program
is, then Joe Random user isn't going to be configuring their own mail
account anyway. Hell, if they don't know what a program is then they're
probably still at the stage of holding up the mouse as if it were a
microphone and trying to give voice commands.

Oh dear, there's that 'command' word again.

I seriously think we're taking it too far. Sure, assume all users are
stupid, but surely not _that_ stupid?
