[Evolution-hackers] summary, gdeskcal ideas

After some days using gdeskcal
(http://www.pycage.de/software_gdeskcal.html), and after talking with
Tuomas and Jakub on IRC, here's an idea that just came up about the
summary.

Evolution could start a process (as it does with the alarm daemon)
which, if a GConf key is set to TRUE, would show a cute transparent
window on the desktop (like gdeskcal), which would contain the current
evo summary, with the list of tasks, a little calendar like gdeskcal,
news feeds, etc.

I would even merge the current alarm daemon with this process, so it's
always started (and only one process, instead of 2), and manages alarms,
and, if the GConf key says so, shows the little transparent window.

so, what do you think?
