Yeah each component would have to configure that.  Connector could have
its own centralized version of it if need be...  For Connector it makes
more sense to have it centralized since it's only one data store.

The idea is that the current "these connections are open" dialog would
change the meaning to "these connections are not synced", and then the
user would have to confirm only once.
