[Evolution-hackers] cache of objects in e-d-s

Hi

I just added an ECache class to libedataserver, that implements a simple
cache of objects.

It is done so that remote addressbook/calendar backends can easily have
a cache of the objects already downloaded.

I did a class based on it, ECalBackendCache which is specially oriented
to calendar/tasks backends.

So, people writing remote backends, use it at your wish, and tell me
what it might miss, so that I add it.
