As a reader, I want a list of recently accessed documents so that I don't need to search my file system every time I want to open a document I was busy reading.
I used to regard this feature as an oddity, until I realised that I need this in the case that I have hundreds or thousands of documents from which I sometimes open a few but consult these often . I could create symlinks and group them in a directory, but that is a lot of pain.
Additionally, I want to be able to delete names (not the files) from that list, to keep it tidy and remove noise (documents that turn out not to be that interesting).
thx
