[evince] Evince installer for Windows 10?

I loved using Evince as my PDF viewer while compiling tex files under
Windows. But now as I have moved to Windows 10 I find that Evince cannot
be listed in the "Open with..." menu; probably because of some issues
with the installer. (See

What are the chances to get a proper installer for Windows 10 at some point?
