[evince] Annotation feature is great + a couple of suggestions

Hello Evince team,

Firstly, thanks & congratulations on the new feature of annotation to PDFs. Very useful feature for light use / daily use. Obviously for heavy PDF editing need a specialised application. But for, say, checking bank statement reconciliation or reviewing documents, annotations will do.  Suggestions:-

* Currently we seem to need to change colours manually after each highlight. Why not let colours stay default, until we next change it. That way both the highlight and text comments keep same colour, and we can do a whole bunch, before changing colour / category.

* Add a few symbols - e.g. arrow, tick mark, question mark - for situations when highlight, strike out, underline doesn't quite make sense.
