most probably the encryption type that is being used in this
pdf file is not supported by poppler, You could probably try
to edit your pdf to erase sensible information and file a
bug with the pdf attached.
I have a simple pdf document from the bank that is pwd
protected, so I tried opening it within Ubuntu typing the
correct password multiple times. It fails to open, so I
thought I typed it wrong.
Then, I tried the same thing on Windows and it opened
straight away. This is a simple, yet annoying barrier is
blocking me from transitioning to linux.
