Any chance that the paper sizes are the problem? For example, if you have an A4 document and try to print on lettersize paper you will get losses. You might have to convert the original first.

I want to print a pdf in format PDF-1.6 but it prints not the whole page the last two columns are not printed if you want more pictures of it I can get them quickly. Just ask me and please try to fix the print problem like it is used to be in earlier versions of evince.
