[evince] Compile 3.18.2: GISCAN EvinceDocument-3.0.gir exception

Hi,

I am compiling the latest version of source 3.18.2 on CentOS 6 and got following an exception at gobject-introspection/giscanner/scannermain.py(512)scanner_main(), appreciate any clues what I could be missing?
