[evince] Request to act on proposed annotation related patches

Hi,

I am trying this medium in order to get some feedback on the patches
i proposed to fix the follwing pdf annotation related BUGs:

In particular, the first two already have revised patches attached
from February 16 where i tried to address comments from a review.
Could somebody have a look at them and give feedback or merge them?
