Hi, We would like to inform you about Indian government enforcing us to use proprietary software. We can't file documents without using "Adobe Acrobat Reader" This page contains documents which works properly with "Adobe Acrobat Reader" http://www.mca.gov.in/LLP/Download_eForm_choose.html
This seems another case of a form using JavaScript and XFA-Forms. It is a known bug in Poppler, the PDF library used by Evince (it does not support JavaScript nor XFA): https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14265 More details in comment #9. Although in the document you attached there is more JavaScript code involved. You can check it by yourself by running: $ qpdf --stream-data=uncompress 1113-Form1LLP.PDF output.pdf and then opening output.pdf with any text editor. Search for Javascript or XFA and you will see what I mean. Regards, -- Germán Poo-Caamaño http://calcifer.org/
