[evince] evince source code compilation query

Dear All,

I need help as i am trying to find the source code of Evince PDF and i find thislink  https://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/tree/shell/ev-window.c#n2675 Now please tell me is it the complete and correct source code. ?

And second thing is please tell me how to compile and run it i.e in which software/environment
