[evince] Feature requests

Hello,

for my own, im using the windows version of evince. So i want to ask for 
some kindly small features/bugfixes:

1. Whenever i open up a pdf document, evince always starts in a floating 
window.
 Request: Can you add an option to "Always open in maximized window"?
2. Whenever i open up a pdf dokument, evince always has the document set 
to "Fit page width".
 Request: Can you add an option for startup evince, so its changeable 
permanently to other scales ("Best Fit" would be mine)?
