[evince] Possible bug in Document Viewer 2.30.3

Dear Sir/Madam,
In the attempt to read a PDF file without any extension outside the home directory, Document Viewer generates an error message due to insufficient rights because it does not matter whether the file system is ntfs or ext4 or not.
The same file located in /Home folder opens without any problems.
Other readers, like ePDF Viewer (epdfview) open the file, no matter where it is.
I tested it on Ubuntu 10.04, but probably it appears in other versions, too.
