Evince 3.4.1 (and 3.6.0) (so far I tested) doesn't link correctly
menu-hyperlinks in latex's beamer class presentation PDF. Adobe Reader
(proprietary shit) and other viewers work, so it's not a latex related
problem.
Reproduce:
With installed texlive2012 just compile http://pastebin.com/Mab1SXeU to
PDF: $pdflatex example.tex && pdflatex example.tex
(it's from https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beamer_%28LaTeX%29#Beispiele ,
just added more pages)
