Hi Peng, This is a known issue with LaTeX. AFAIU, pandoc uses LaTeX to generate PDF files. The situation is more or less the following: Evince monitors changes in the documents opened. Whenever there is a change, Evince reloads the document. When producing a PDF, LaTeX might change a document multiple times in a very short time frame, which I guess, clashes with Evince reloading the document.
