[evince] how-to set up default format for paper (other then A4 format)

Hi

I have a problem, our doctors print "Medical prescription" on custom paper size 99x210mm  (format A4 divided by 3) - from web -> generated PDF file (via plug-in from browser)

Every time a person want to print, she/he need to change settings from A4 paper size - to custom size defined by me.

Evince does'nt check PDF size.

Is there a way (config file) to set default to paper size custom (other A4)
