Hi Adam !,
The package is called libxps. It seems it's not an official opensuse 12.1
package by now.
http://software.opensuse.org/package/libgxps
It is packaged by the opensuse gnome team for gnome 3.4. I think you can
use this repo:
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=GNOME%3ASTABLE%3A3.4
