[evince] Saving window properties

Hi,
I think evince is missing an option to fix window properties. I mean
to fix properties once and then every opened document will have the
same width and height.

I have panoramic screen and every new opened document is fit to width
and covers almost whole screen and it causes that i see first couple
lines of text with huge font.
