[evince] Multiple Instances of Evince via Winedt

I am familiar with evince because of my Ubuntu desktop at home.  So I thought
it would be a great PDF solution for my Winedt/Latex needs on my Windows PC
at work.  I've got it opening PDFs fine, but every time I compile using
Latex, Evince opens a new instance instead of refreshing the file that's
open already.  Anybody have any idea how to fix it so that Evince won't open
a new document every time I compile?  Thanks.
