Hello,
We are curently working on a project for our studies which aims to develop
an exploit on a program. We choosed Evince with this vulnerability:
CVE: http://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2010-2643
PATCH INFORMATION :
http://git.gnome.org/browse/evince/commit/?id=d4139205b010ed06310d14284e63114e88ec6de2
(afmparse.c)
We are hardly trying to call the token function in afmparse.c for that:
we compiled evince and we added printf commands in the token function in
order to detect when it's called,
we built a DVI file from a TEX file with several fonts however the function
is never called.
Could you point us how it is possible to have a .DVI which call this
function. In other words a .tex which can generate this .dvi which is able
to call the function.
Thank you.
