Yes, but this is no use to me in 2.28.1 because my pages are "book" size
(7" x 9" or 9 1/2" or 9 1/8"). However, I've just seen that in 2.30.0
there is a new Page Handling tab and a "Select page size using document
page size" which does what I need. So it looks like I really will be
able to stop using gv!
