For major stable Evince releases (2.xx.0), I produce a new msi. For
minor stable releases (2.xx.y) I do not at the moment. If there is a
security issue within Evince we will probably also release a new msi.
But I do not actively monitor any security issues in Evince'
dependencies that are distributed with the msi, so it is not updated
with the latest security patches of its dependencies.
