Actually, it has, but the support needs some love. Please see the bugs 169903, 554585 in gnome bugzilla, and attach your patch under the more convenient one, so it does not get lost in the list.

This is a useful feature in other pdf readers, so I write a patch to support it.

I had add 2 menuitems under menu Go:
* Ctrl+V for "Go Forward", and
* Ctrl+B for "Go Backward"
