I sent this patch a few days ago but I wasn't subscribed to the list and it seems to have gotten lost in the moderator queue. Anyways, it seems I'm not the only one who has run into this issue, so here is my patch for adding pan-scroll support on one/two button mice/tablets

Subject: [PATCH] Pan scroll mode
To:
evince-list gnome orgWhen using evince on a tablet with only my fingers or a 2-button stylus (no middle-click) it's impossible to use the Pan-Scrolling feature, which is the best way to get around a document in that situation. I've added a "Pan mode" switch the ev-view which swaps buttons 1 and 2 when active. For me this makes evince much more usable on the tablet. I've included a patch in hopes of getting it merged, feedback on the changes needed for that to happen is very appreciated. (Please cc me as I'm not subscribed to the list)
