feature request: annotation/marking/pencil

Hi there

I would love to be able to add notes to a specific paragragh or draw 
some additional lines into an existing diagram. Most of the lectures I 
attend are complemented by a PDF aka script. As I do not wish to print 
all of those, it would come in handy to "write" directly into the file.
What do you think?
