Hi,
Thank you for your answer but when i remove this file and i run evince the same is recreated.

See the file :

printer=Imprimer dans un fichier

I hope you can help me more

Try removing the Evince printer settings by removing the file
~/.gnome2/evince/print-settings from your system.
