Default to Double-side print

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu Feisty (Gvince 0.8) and I'd be ever so happy if I
could solve one problem.
How do I make Evince default to printing double sided - a view and print
PDF's a lot, and each time I have to set it to print double side (and I
forget a lot and waste paper).
I have configuring the printer (in CUPS) to default to double-sided,
OpenOffice defaults to double sided, but I just can make the setting
stick in Evince.

Please help.
