slovak special chars

Regis Smith <rsmith whistlin com> helped me to find where the problem of
my slovak special chars probably is : fonts.
But i have nothing special configured. The project shouldn't await of each
debian slovak newbie user to repair this ...
Any advices how should i configure the fonts ? and which package is it ?
